Highly recommended! Easily the best decision for my home!

S&W delivered everything they promised within budget and well ahead of the promised deadline. I was able to witness the renovation process and was so happy with their work that I asked them to help me with other work around my home too.

I chose S&W to renovate my bathroom after obtaining many quotes and consultations. S&W was the obvious choice because:
1. Their extensive experience and desire to help you create the home of your dreams is evident immediately.
2. Once you agree on how your home will be renovated, Sukie and Victor will handle everything for you. It is an entirely stress-free process.
3. Sukie and Victor will protect your home like their own - I hardly had to clean up when they were done with the renovations.
4. While other renovators are happy to do standard renovations, S&W will tailor the renovation to YOU.
5. Sukie loves beautiful finishes and is able to get them for you at very reasonable prices
6. S&W is very responsive throughout the engagement - any questions are addressed immediately.
7. Most importantly for me, Sukie and Victor will never take any shortcuts or risk the structure or integrity of your home.

Definitely and highly Recommended!

Sukie's knowledge and expertise goes a long way when she was assessing my options for renovations. She ensures that the work she does is at the highest quality and in a timely manner. She won't rush any jobs if it compromises the final product and her communication is on point, fast and gives up to date details on your progress. I do not regret the work I undertook for my kitchen, bathroom (full makeover) and full decking.

Sukie and Victor came recommended to us by several friends. We intended to undertake some home maintenance including shower replacement, draught control, and general weather sealing around the home. This later expanded to include additional roof plumbing, rendering, and landscaping works after our experience with Sukie's reliability and quality of her tradespersons.

In total we engaged with her roof plumber, carpenter, bathroom solutions, renderers, and landscaper.

Sukie was prompt and professional from start to finish. Our initial consultation with her was excellent, and we felt she gave great attention to providing a value-oriented discussion around our goals and the options she was able to provide.

Once works were agreed on, progress occurred rapidly; one particularly noteworthy example was our agreement to rendering works made on Monday evening with tradespersons arriving by Wednesday and completion before the end of the week. Where additional guidance was required, Sukie and Victor would take care to also attend.

Sukie's tradespersons were professional and knowledgeable. They provided good insights into the situation while avoiding overly criticising unchangeable issues as some are wont to do. They showed great care and seriousness in their work, such as their carpenter who carefully considered exacting measurements and tolerances, and their landscaper who was insightful, thoughtful, and took great pride in ensuring the aesthetic of his work.

Overall, we feel that Sukie and her team have provided us with a quality service and we felt we were taken care of from start to finish. We did not have to chase things around and we are satisfied with the value of the works and service received. Sukie took a lot of pride in her work and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. We found S&W online when looking for a builder to update our newly purchased property. As first time renovators we had little experience and a lot of reservations, but Sukie and Victor could not have provided better service and guidance. S&W undertook complete updates of our kitchen, two bathrooms and powder room, installed new wardrobes, painted throughout, refinished floorboards, installed new carpet and completed associated electrical and plumbing works.
During the project we received constant communication about progress and timeframes, guidance and recommendations as decisions were required, and feedback on our ideas. All trades employed by S&W were professional and reliable. Despite the size of the project there were no costs surprises. We would have no reservations recommending S&W's services. I cannot recommend Sukie highly enough! Coming highly recommended by a friend, Sukie turned out to be a lifesaver for us as new homeowners. With our first house, we were overwhelmed by the amount of work needed, but Sukie’s extensive knowledge and experience made the entire process easy.

From the outset, Sukie provided invaluable advice for every change we wanted to make. Her ability to balance quality, value, and efficiency was evident in her recommendations. She walked us through each step with patience and clarity, ensuring we felt confident in our decisions.

Sukie and her team tackled a comprehensive list of renovations with remarkable efficiency. They resolved our garage water issues by installing a new wall and drain, updated our kitchen by replacing rusted hinges and installing new kicks, and brought our wooden floorboards back to life with sanding and polishing. They also replaced the carpets on the stairs and upper floors, upgraded our heating and cooling system, and beautifully renovated all our bathrooms. Plus, they crafted new cabinets for our three walk-in robes, added security screens to windows and doors, put up cctv and painted the house. All of this was accomplished within just 3-4 months and to an exceptional quality (and I’m pretty sure I’ve forgotten some things!)

What stood out most was Sukie's commitment to care during the renovation process. Every time work was done, the team took meticulous steps to protect our floors and walls. When a minor mark was accidentally made during bathroom work, the tradie immediately informed Sukie, who promptly sent someone back to touch it up. This level of attention to detail and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated.

During our initial consultation, Sukie and Victor were incredibly thorough, guiding us through every detail of the project. They offered invaluable professional insights on areas that could be improved or modified, which was extremely helpful since we had a vision but lacked the expertise to fully realize it. Sukie also presented a comprehensive step-by-step plan, detailing how the work would be carried out and ensuring that each team’s tasks were perfectly synchronized within the timeline.

Her work ethic and cleanliness standard is exceptional! Not only does she make sure all your flooring and carpets are protected and taken care of (plastic covers on carpet/hard protectors on floorboards), she also makes sure that anyone who enters the property will uphold that standard, whether it be shoes off in the house or cleaning up in whichever area once works have been completed.

The speed and efficiency with which Sukie and her team work are truly remarkable. Once the scope of work is agreed upon and materials are sourced, everything moves like clockwork. We were amazed at how seamlessly various tradespeople worked together in such a short span of time. All of the tradies at her disposal are top notch as well! The time and effort they put into the task at hand is simply amazing.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sukie, Victor, and their team to anyone considering a renovation or build. The care and effort they invest in your project is worth every dollar spent, and the results speak for themselves.
